Titan Force Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Titan Force, we deliver professional-grade, direct-from-the-source strength straight to your door. Because our wheels are engineered to the highest standards, we partner with premier parcel couriers (including FedEx and UPS) to ensure your purchase arrives safely, quickly, and in flawless condition.

Please read our updated shipping guidelines below.

1. FREE STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING (NORTH AMERICA)

We are proud to offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on all complete wheel and wheelset orders shipped within:

  • The Contiguous United States (Lower 48 States)

  • Contiguous Canada (Excluding remote northern territories)

Exceptions: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

For our global community of truck and performance enthusiasts located outside of North America (including Europe, Australia, Asia, the Middle East, and South America), we offer specialized international delivery options:

  • Calculated Surcharges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the final weight, package dimensions, and your specific destination country.

3. SPECIAL REGIONAL LOGISTICS DISCOUNTS

We understand that international shipping for high-strength, heavy-duty wheels can be costly. To help offset these expenses:

  • Apply for a Regional Discount: Before placing your order under "Custom Wheel Mode," we highly recommend contacting our elite customer support team at support@titanforcewheels.com.

  • Custom Freight Quotes: Our logistics specialists will analyze active shipping lanes to your coordinates. Depending on your location, we can often apply dedicated regional discounts or utilize partner shipping channels to drastically reduce your final shipping costs.

4. PREMIUM INDIVIDUAL BOX PACKAGING (NO FREIGHT PALLETS)

To provide the most convenient delivery experience directly to your home, we do not ship wheels on heavy wooden pallets via freight trucks.

Instead, each Titan Force wheel is shipped as an individual package:

  • Heavy-Duty Protection: Every single wheel is encased in its own custom-engineered, double-walled, heavy-duty cardboard box (BC-Flute cardboard) with protective face-shields, internal foam liners, and edge guards.

  • Doorstep Delivery: By shipping each wheel in an individual box, your order will be delivered directly to your doorstep by standard parcel carriers There is no need for a loading dock, a forklift, or a freight truck liftgate.

  • Tracking: You will receive a unique master tracking link containing the tracking numbers for all individual boxes in your shipment so you can monitor each wheel's progress in real-time.

5. DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Due to the premium value of Titan Force products and to protect against package theft:

  • Signature Required: All wheel shipments require a direct physical signature upon delivery.

  • Check Before Signing: Please inspect the outer cardboard boxes for any severe punctures or damage before signing the courier’s delivery receipt.

  • 48-Hour Damage Window: In the rare event that a wheel is damaged during transit, you must report it to  support@titanforcewheels.com within 48 hours of delivery with high-resolution photos of the damaged packaging and the product.
