Warranty
Titan Force Wheels warrants to the original retail purchaser (“Consumer”) that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original vehicle on which the product was first installed.
1. LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
Titan Force Wheels offers a Lifetime Structural Warranty against manufacturing defects that result in structural failure. This covers cracks or breaks in the wheel under normal road use. Titan Force Wheels agrees to repair or replace, at our sole discretion and without charge, any wheel which, after examination, shows failure in normal use due to defects in material and/or workmanship.
2. FINISH WARRANTY
Titan Force Wheels warrants to the original retail purchaser that the finish of the wheel will be free from defects for the following periods from the original date of purchase:
-
Painted/Powder Coated Finishes: Warranted against peeling or lifting on the face of the wheel for a period of five (5) years.
-
Chrome/PVD/Machined Finishes: Warranted against defects for a period of one (1) year.
-
Polished Aluminum: Polished wheels (without clear coat) oxidize naturally and require regular maintenance to maintain their shine. They are not covered under the finish warranty.
3. EXCLUSIONS (WHAT IS NOT COVERED)
This warranty SHALL NOT APPLY to:
-
Race Use: Any wheel used in racing, track environments, competitive off-road events, or commercial applications.
-
Mounted Wheels: Appearance blemishes or defects on wheels once they have been mounted with tires. (Always test-fit wheels on your vehicle before mounting tires).
-
Improper Installation: Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper installation, including the use of spacers, adapters, or incorrect lug nuts.
-
Oversized Tires: Use of tires with a diameter greater than 37 inches or those that exceed the vehicle’s intended load rating.
-
Chemical Damage: Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to exposure to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, road salt, or lack of maintenance.
-
Shipping & Handling: Damage caused during transit or handling by third-party carriers.
-
Title Transfer: Any product where the title has been transferred from the original retail purchaser.
4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
All warranty claims must be processed through Titan Force Wheels directly or the authorized dealer from whom the purchase was made.
-
Submission: To initiate a claim, please email support@titanforcewheels.com
with your original proof of purchase (invoice) and at least 10 high-resolution photos/videos showing the defect from multiple angles. -
Inspection: We reserve the right to examine the product. If the wheel must be returned for physical inspection, the consumer is responsible for all freight charges prepaid.
-
Remedy: If a defect is verified, Titan Force Wheels will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product. This warranty does not include the cost of removal, installation, or labor.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Titan Force Wheels hereby disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Titan Force Wheels shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including labor fees, rental car fees, or loss of time) arising from the use of its products.
WARNING: To avoid possible risk of injury or death, always ensure that your wheel and tire combination meets or exceeds the proper vehicle load rating. Use of incorrect tire sizes or excessive vehicle loads voids this warranty and may be dangerous.
